The Procyon System, is an inhabited binary star system located 11.46 light-years from the Solar System in the constellation Canis Minor. The system, home to several mining operations, is under the jurisdiction of the nearby Zhu Que Directorate who claimed it from Earth during the Commonwealth Wars although the IGSA still officially holds it be an Interstellar Zone. Procyon has remained in the Directorate's hands ever since, though it remains a minor system only inhabited by a scattering of miners.
